Data Protection Officer
WHO IS THE DATA PROTECTION OFFICER | DPO OR RPD?
The Data Protection Officer | DPO is a figure introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 | GDPR, published in the European Official Journal L. 119 on May 4, 2016 whose presence is mandatory in certain areas in relation to the processing conducted by the company.
Whether it is internal or external, the DPO is a professional (whether internal or external) who must have a corporate role with legal, IT, risk management and process analysis skills.
His or her main responsibility is to observe, assess and organize the management of the processing of personal data (and therefore their protection) within a company, whether public or private, so that they are processed in compliance with European and national privacy regulations.
In addition, the Data Protection Officer is the company’s point of contact with the Privacy Authority and the data subject.
SERVICE: EXTERNAL DPO
Labor Project, through its “DPO Professional Service” division offers, a service contract (Art. 37, c.6 of the Data Protection Regulation | GDPR | EU Reg. 216/679) and an experienced team that will perform on behalf of the client the tasks required by Art. 39 of the GDPR.

or Data Breach.
