Accessing these financing tools does not entail any cost for the company, which simply has to communicate its willingness to join the chosen interprofessional fund when it makes its contribution declaration to INPS. In fact, the current legislation allows companies to allocate the 0.30 percent share of their mandatory contributions paid to INPS to the training of their employees. This does not impose any additional burden on the company because payment of the 0.30 remains mandatory and would be paid by the company.
