Interprofessional funds are used by companies in all sectors to finance continuing education for their employees and also for coaching activities.
ADVANTAGES OF INTERPROFESSIONAL SOURCES
Accessing these financing tools does not entail any cost for the company, which simply has to communicate its willingness to join the chosen interprofessional fund when it makes its contribution declaration to INPS. In fact, the current legislation allows companies to allocate the 0.30 percent share of their mandatory contributions paid to INPS to the training of their employees. This does not impose any additional burden on the company because payment of the 0.30 remains mandatory and would be paid by the company.

Labor Project is able both to follow the client in the ways of joining the most appropriate fund for his company’s reality and to present training plans to the chosen Fund, with a particular specialization in Fondimpresa.
ISO 9001:2015 certification and Accreditation for the Lombardy Region also allow us to design and implement ad hoc training projects, also in E – Learning mode.
